Hello Shapeworks Users,

A new release of Shapeworks command line tools is available on Github:

https://github.com/SCIInstitute/shapeworks/releases/tag/v1.3

It would be great if as many users can download and test the executables using the examples provided.

The running instructions are on the main page of github. (https://github.com/SCIInstitute/shapeworks#running)

Please contact me with any issues, or submit a bug report on Github.
