Hi Michael,
Sorry for the delay. I think we need more information on the crash.
Does windows give you a stack trace or log file?

Hi,
It's been over a month since I have heard a response and was
wondering if you received my last inquiry?
Thanks,

Shireen,
I am now able to process the data from the examples. However, when
I try to run my own data ShapeWorks Studio is still crashing. I've
provided some pictures and any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michael,
Please make sure that the path where you saved your dataset doesn't
have any spaces. The current implementation doesn't support spaces
in the paths hence when it tries to write the groomed files, it
can't find a valid path to write into and hence it crashes when you
try out the optimization ...
hope this helps ...

Support,
I have downloaded ShapeWorks Studio for windows 7 and 10. On both
operating systems when I try to run the torus demo the software
crashes. I import the torus demo files and they seem to load like
they should, but then when I run groom I don't see any results and
when I run optimize the software crashes. I have provided pictures
of what I see before and after grooming and was wondering if there
is something I am doing wrong. I can't get this software to run
like I believe it should. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael Beck
