Sorry for the delay, just wrapping things up.

Here are the dev build with the fix for the error you described:

Linux: https://github.com/SCIInstitute/ShapeWorks/releases/tag/dev-linux

Windows: https://github.com/SCIInstitute/ShapeWorks/releases/tag/dev-windows

The official 6.1 release is in testing and should be out soon. Let us know if you have any trouble.
