Well, this was fixed a couple of days ago (version 1779, October 16th). When you are able to get svn working, let us know if you still have problems.

What kind of svn problems are you having.

I'm having difficulty getting subversion functioning so it'll be a while before I can download a newer version.

I recently fixed something in the pipeline with regards to what looks
like this issue.  Please update and see if you still have problems.

Also, please send the command line that reproduces the bug if possible.

Double check your repository to make sure that you don't have any
local modifications that could be causing problems.
