Hi Fucang,

The fld (field) data format is not formally documented. However, we have a set of programs which convert SCIRun created files to/from text formats and these text formats and the converter programs are documented in chapter 7 of the SCIRun Users Guide. See http://software.sci.utah.edu/doc/User/Guide/usersguide/srug7.html for a direct link to chapter 7. You may also want to read chapter 2.7 (http://software.sci.utah.edu/doc/User/Guide/usersguide/srug2_7.html) which provides a brief introduction to SCIRun's data objects.

I do not find detailed information on fld data format. I just downloaded data set aneurysm-mra.lvs.fld and aneurysm-mra-lowres.lvs.fld. I want to know whether they are volume dataset plus a header? How about its resolution? are there  any documents about this file format?
