It turns out this is a bug which we have since fixed in our system (the fix will be released as part of our upcoming 1.20.2 release -- due out next week). I am told that SCIRun should still work though, even with that bug -- you just won't be able to use the ChooseImage module in the Insight package. If that module is important to you, you can make it work by editing the /usr/local/SCIRun/src/Packages/Insight/Dataflow/XML/ChooseImage.xml -- simply change line 2 to:

<!DOCTYPE component SYSTEM "../../../../Dataflow/XML/component.dtd">

Just fyi, this problem only appears in the RPM builds of 1.20.1 -- it was fixed in the source distribution.
