[SCIRUN-USERS] Aneurysm dataset

Hi,
I am looking for a 3D surface model of the human brain vasculature with an
aneurysm. I noticed that the SCI institute had such a data set under
http://www.sci.utah.edu/ncrr/software/datasets/head-brain/aneurysm/aneurysm.
html. However the data is in an FLD format I do not quite recognize. Is this
just the actual MRA data oris it in some form of polygonal surface mesh
format? I would love to get the data in polygonal surface mesh form. Is tis
publicly available?
