My aim is to find the heart surface potentials from the bodysurface potentials. Below is the procedure i am following to solve the Inverse problem

To make you clear of what i am doing i have attached the .net file(Blockoperations.net).

For the first three matrixreader the inputs are the coulmn matrix for partitioning the stiffness matrix in to columns.

Then the inputs for next three matrix readers are the row indices for body surface nodes,voulme inbetween and the heart surface nodes.

To find the above indices , for every node(xyz) in the heart surface i found its row position in the .pts of TetVolField ,
similiar is for body surface.

With the above operations i get

Abb Abv Abh    b-body surface
Avb Avv Avh    v-volume
Ahb Ahv Ahh    h- heart surface

     then (Abb-Abv*Avv-1*Avb)-1*(Abv*Avv-1*Avh-Abh)
by which i can find the Transfer matrix relating the body surface to the heart potentials.

Is this the correct method if not what is right procedure .
