Dear SCIRun Users,

I am trying to build SCIRun 1.22.0 in my laptop, which is running Windows 
XP. I know SCIRun only run on Linux/SGI/Mac, not windows. But I have
installed CYGWING, which is a Linux-like environment for Windows. At this 
moment, there is no problem with unzipping SCIRun source code. I am just
stuck on building Thirdparty software. Error message is shown as followed:
