I have downloaded the rpm and installed it with this warning message:
Libpng3-1.2.8-lmdk.i586.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 26752624

Therefore the error message is still the same. 

Does it suggest that I don't have the license to run the lib? (NOKEY)

Please download and install an rpm containing libpng.so. You can find 
one here:

Thank you for finding this, I will fix the rpm install pre-requisites 
for the next release.
