SCIRun Users,
When I attempt to execute my network, I get the following error:
OMP::ShmQueue request to write 21850392 bytes to a non-cyclic queue of size 20971552
OMP: use OMP*shmQueueSize resource to set the desired shared memory queue size
Thread "ShowField"(pid 22415) caught signal SIGSEGV at address (nil) (segmentation violation)
Thread "TCL main event loop"(pid 22415) caught signal SIGSEGV at address (nil) (segmentation violation)
At first glance this presents as though it's a memory issue, however I have 32 GB of RAM. I'm running SCIRun on an 8 processor, 64-bit super-computer. Therefore, unless I have to specifically designate a particular cache of memory as belonging to SCIRun, I don't see how this can be a memory issue. Does anyone have any ideas?
Much appreciated,
Christopher
