Hello !

I am a new user to SCIRun-BioImage(V.1.24.1), and I have installed the
SCIRun Software in the Linux Redhat 9.0 system.

The Linux system hardwares are composed by
CPU: Pentium IV 2.4GHz
Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200
RAM: 768 MB

Currently, I am studying the BioImage's multi-function, especially,
Volume Rendering.

Here is my question for you.  When I try to make a Volume
Image(Tooth.nhdr) using the Volume Rendering Function key, I have to
wait a lot of minutes to see the result, and also in the same mode,
other functions are extremely slow to handle any other things.

So, in case of my Linux System, I would like to know whether it is 
normal processing time or not.

If you can give me any solutions to get better performance in the
Volume Rendering Function, please let me know.  I am looking forward
to your reply.  Thank you.
