Hello,

If you are looking for this in a GUI app as opposed to a simple module then 
the Seg3D GUI (see attached screenshot) might be helpful, as might Slicer 3 
from SPL which has this filter as well.

Does the ConfidenceConnectedImageFilter in Insight->Filters work with  
3d Image files?  I found an example in Packages/Insight/nets for a 2D  
Image file but have a 3D volume I'd like to use it with.
