Hi Chris,

It should. We use this filter in our segmentation tool, Seg3D, as well. www.seg3d.org (shameless plug)

Does the ConfidenceConnectedImageFilter in Insight->Filters work with 3d Image files? I found an example in Packages/Insight/nets for a 2D Image file but have a 3D volume I'd like to use it with.
