Announcing the 2008/2009 Center for Integrative Biomedical Computing (CIBC) Winter Workshop: Boston Edition
January 18 and 19, 2009

Intended audience: Scientists and engineers with an interest in applications of image processing, modeling, simulation, and visualization to their biomedical research

Coverage:

- Seg3D, our tool for 3-dimensional user-supervised segmentation
- ImageVis3D, our new program for visualization and visual analysis  of 3-dimensional volume data
- SCIRun 4.0, a major upgrade of our signature integrated interactive computational problem solving environment, with new capabilities such as:
- binary downloads for Windows and OSX
- our pipeline for construction of image-based 3-dimensional computational meshes
- new interface features, look and feel
- new modules, network editor annotations

**** Attend the NIH/NCRR Center for Integrated Biomedical Computing  (CIBC) Software Workshop ****

Attendees will:

- learn about the major features of these software packages
- have an opportunity for hands-on instruction in our software, in five laboratory sessions built into the workshop schedule
- interact with other users and technical personnel from our Center.

We especially encourage both collaborators and potential collaborators of the Center to attend this workshop!!
