Hi all,
I am trying to use xterm from OS X 10.5, but it doesn't work. I read online that it is common for X11 to not work as installed with Leopard. Has anyone experienced this problem running X11? Do I need to manually install X11 using fink?

Also, I had to install developer tools because I was missing make and g ++, etc. However, I cannot get mkir to work. It gives an 'invalid argument' error. for example:
mkdir: /Users/development/foo: Invalid argument (after typing mkdir ~/ foo).

Any ideas?

cheers-
Andrew
