Hi Sumeintra,

This has to be fixed in the C++ code - we have a mechanism for saving GUI variables in the network file if they are declared in the module C++ code. I'm testing out a fix, which will be applied to the SCIRun 4.5 release. We'll rebuild tomorrow and post new downloads on the SCI download site.

If you uncheck the box, save and reload the file, it is always checked again. Tried adding a confirm switch in the .srn text file (from the WriteMatrix module), but to no effect. Cause I run SCIRun from command line, this is getting very annoying. Hope someone can help.
