Hi again,

I just tried to run a very simple network that reads some fields and merges and displays them.  SCIRunv3.0.2 freezes, and the Terminal Window produces a constant string of "EDGE WALKER DEAD END!" and then some numbers.  I'm baffled as to what this means.  Any insight whatsoever would be appreciated.

Thank you!
Layla

Hi everyone,

I am pretty new to SCIRun.  I use SCIRun v3.0.2 (on CentOS) because I need to use a module that doesn't exist in newer versions.  Several months ago, I had no trouble running programs with this version.  But now, programs I have not edited in any way will not run properly.  One particular program solves FEM Voltage solutions in space and then isosurfaces a certain thresholded voltage.  When I try running this, SCIRun simply freezes, but the Terminal window on CentOS reveals some errors.  Below I've copied and pasted some of the messages that look especially strange:

Thread "main"(pid 6299) caught signal SIGINT (interrupt)

Attached is a document where I copied and pasted everything from the Terminal Window.  Can anybody make sense of these error messages?  I recently reinstalled SCIRunv3.0.2 hoping this would fix my problem, but it has not.

Thanks in advance!
Layla
