Hi Yagna,

What version of Matlab are you running? Also, can you try running "!matlab /regserver" from Matlab with administrative privileges, as described in this article: http://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/en/data/1-85XR4U/, and then try running SCIRun again?

Thanks,

Ayla

Hello!

I am having trouble with the InterfaceWithMatlab module on SciRun. I am running v4.6 on 64-bit Windows 7 computer. The start matlab field has matlab -nodesktop -nojvm. I tried entering this in my command prompt and it opened the matlab cmd window. However, it gives me an error indicating matlab engine not found when i run it from scirun gui.

I also tried using v4.5 but it gives me the same error.

Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks!
