[SCIRUN-USERS] build erro scirun v4.6

Hi scirun users,

I tried to install scirun v4.6 on linux centos 6.3 (kernel linux
2.6.32-279.14.1.el6.x86_64), but ended up with errors.  Would you see what
might cause the errors?

Here is what I had.

Either the code failed to build properly or

the testing programs failed to complete without

every single test program passing the test.
