Hi Marta,

Have a look at the documentation for the BuildFEMatrix module. You should also look at the Heart Ischemia Model tutorial, the Defibrillation tutorial and the Forward/Inverse tutorial for more details about FEM in SCIRun simulations. These tutorials can also be accessed from www.scirun.org under the User Documentation and Tutorials tabs.
