Thank you for the quick response.Intel(R) HD graphics Family and windows 7 is the graphic card and os I am using currently.I am doing my master studies under the project titled "Current Distribution Modelling in Tissues Using Finite Element Analysis". I have to develop a realistic breast model  and then conduct FEA on it to see the feasibility of electrical bio-impedance technique in detecting breast cancer.

Do you have any suggestion on which software to use to both develop the realistic 3D model of the breast and to run electrical current simulation on it for finite element analysis(fea)? I've managed to get the 3D realistic breast phantom using the voxel data available online at https://uwcem.ece.wisc.edu/phantomRepository.html . Is it possible to do it in the SCIRun/Biopse platform? On the same note, I'd be happy to directly contact you to clear my doubts if you could provide me your contact number.

As far as I can tell, the BioFEM powerapp computed a dipole forward simulation.  There is a network in the BioPSE examples that does that in the source code:

SCIRun/src/Packages/BioPSE/nets/Samples/forward-fem.srn

It doesn't do streamlines, and I'm not sure what else the powerapp did, but I'm sure the simulation is the same.
