Hi Moritz,
Thank you very much for your previous help! And now I met some questions again.
Firstly, following your guidance,I used SPM8 and seg3D to segment out the brain tissues(white matter, gray matter, CSF,skull),but I found that when I did some operation and get several good segmentation files which represent the white matter, gray matter and CSF separately, they had overlap and also holes when re-combined,I was confused about how to handle this question to get ideal results, please give me some help!
Secondly,I am still confused about the use of module ElectrodeCoilSetup, and what confused me were the second and third input for ElectrodeCoilSetup.
The second input set the locations of electrodes and it is coordinates which are the center point points of the electrode on the scalp. So how could I know exactly what coordinates to set, what is the method to generate the coordinates of electrodes in the ROI based on my segmentations?
The third input set the prototypes of electrodes and I found that it is usually a file imported by the ReadField module. And still the similar question, how could I generate my file of prototypes of electrodes based on my segmentations?
Those are my questions, hope for your reply!By the way,if it's convenient, could you give me some examples which may help a lot for my comprehension!
Thank you again!
Best wishes!
-Dan
