Hello Ayla and others

Thank you all for your replies.

So, Ayla, I am going to do a project for 3D visualization. More specifically my task is to create an automated procedure to do the 2D-3D conversion of the MRI images.

Bye Festim

Hi Festim,

You can find SCIRun download information and tutorials at www.scirun.org. Is there a particular research area you are planning on using SCIRun for?

Greetings scirun users

I got to know about scirun a couple weeks ago, since my Professor suggested me to use it for a project of mine in Biomedical engineering. He also told me that i have to decide whether I am going to use the software which is ready, or go by C++ programming. So i thought I would ask for suggestions and advice on that. Any thought is very welcome.
