Hi Vikas,

you can use the CollectMatrices module to append the solutions into a single matrix.  Or you can save out each vector and combine them in matlab or something similar.  

There is a module called showMatrix in SCIRun 4 that you can use to plot matrices as surfaces. We are currently working on implementing plotting in SCIRun 5
