Hi,

I am new to Linux and I was trying to install SciRun 5 as mentioned in the following link

http://sciinstitute.github.io/SCIRun/build.html#build-requirements

After successfully running the commands, I tried to run SciRun using the scirun command as described in the following links

http://scirundocwiki.sci.utah.edu/SCIRunDocs/index.php/CIBC:Documentation:SCIRun:UserGuide:StartingSCIRun

http://www.sci.utah.edu/devbuilds/workshop12_neu/docs/SCIRunUserGuide.pdf

However, I received the following error "./scirun: No such file or directory". I have also tried using scirun alone or changing the directory path but didn't work. Am I missing something? I am not sure what should I do after the steps discussed on the first link I provided. Is there a good tutorial on that?

Thanks!

Best regards,

Ahmad
