[Seg3D] Is there a way to generate 3D data for modeling from Seg3D

Hi all,
     I am new to Seg3D (not only Seg3D, but also analyzing medical
medical images in 3D). I have a fundamental question.
     I am using parallel CT images to obtain the 3D structure data of a
heart. The 3D structure data will be used in finite element method for
simulation of a new recipe. I followed the tutorial and segmented my
data, generated the nrrd file. How do I export to a 3D space file?
Currently I am hoping to get STL file format.
