Hi,
We are experiencing the exact same problem, but this time with  an ATI X1950 Pro and the lastest availiable catalyst drivers (8.591.0.0, they are quite old but are the last ones that ATI released for that card)

I checked that the nvidia drivers were updated, is there some other software we need to install on the machine?
