Hi Timothy,

Can you try this in a more recent version of Seg3D, v2.1.1 (http://www.sci.utah.edu/download/seg3d/) for instance, and then see if you have the same problem?

Thanks,

Ayla

Hi All,

I am using Seg3D to segment brains with a voxel dimensions less that 1mm x 1mm x 1mm.

I have noticed that the .hdr of the binary mask does not match the .hdr of the original image:

Original Image:
voxel x dimension = 0.798611
voxel y dimension = 0.798611
voxel z dimension = 0.800000
data offset = 0.000000
planar orientation = 2 (sagittal)

Binary Mask from Seg3D:
voxel x dimension = 1.000000
voxel y dimension = 1.000000
voxel z dimension = 1.000000
data offset = 0.000000
planar orientation = 1 (coronal)

There voxel dimensions and planar orientation are different.

I am using Seg3D 1.12.0

Thank you for any help.

-Timothy
