[Seg3D] [Seg3D2] Suggestion for layer export name

Hi all,

When one right-clicks on a layer and selects "Export segmentation as...", the dialogue window to save shows no default name.

It would be nice if there was a default name. The default name could be the layer's name, plus the file extension that corresponds to the selected format.

For example, if you have a layer called "20111207-ko5a-rv-deconv-crop-med-thr", and select "Export segmentation as..." -> MATLAB, then the save dialogue could give as a default file name

20111207-ko5a-rv-deconv-crop-med-thr.mat
