Thank you for your quick reply!
I installed the Seg3D on linux system and the directory is Seg3D_2.1.3-code. I can not find the Seg3D subdirectory in that install folder. But, I just downloaded the SCIRunData.zip file and found Seg3D datasets in it. That works well right now.

You can find the SCIRunData zip file at this link: http://www.sci.utah.edu/download/scirun/4.5.html, which is the SCIRun download page. The Seg3D datasets used in the tutorial can be found in the Seg3D subdirectory. Sorry about the confusion and we hope that you will find the tutorial useful.
