Thanks. On a related note, there's a bug with the NRRD exporter in
Seg3D2. It's the same problem as with other formats, lack of precision.
The spacing, offset, etc are exported to the .nrrd file as a number with
format
X.XXXXXX
So if you are using microscopy images, or high resolution MRI, for
example, and your voxel size is 0.22 um, the values are lost.
A solution would be to use exponential notation with 12 digits of precision
X.XXXXXXXXXXXXe-XX
