Dear,
First, thank you for this great tool. I have been using Seg3D since several
years to segment cardiac MRI sequences.
Recently I downloaded and installed Seg3d2 (32bit) on my Windows XP
computer. But whatever MRI sequence I open (from CIBC Dataset Archive or my
own dataset) I get some kind of corrupted images (bad rendered images?).
Please find attached a snapshot. Any ideas how can I solve this problem ?
p.s. as I mentioned on top, Seg3D (v1) works well on the same computer.
Kind Regards;
Milad
