I have generated several isosurfaces using Seg3D and I am now trying to figure out how to export them.

I have successfully exported NRRD files for each mask layer and then generated isosurfaces in SCIRun. However, these are causing problems with Tetgen (it keeps crashing SCIRun). 

Is there a way to export isosurfaces directly from Seg3D?
