Hi Ayla,

Thanks for the reply and sorry for my late response, I was out of office.

All datasets are rendered incorrectly. The file format of the MRI sequences I am trying to open is dicom " .dcm ".
The graphic card on the system is ATI Radeon HD 3400 series with driver date of 24-april-2013 (attached a screenshot).

Regards;
Milad

Hi Milad,

There are a number of things that could be going wrong here. Can you tell me if datasets other than MRI sequences are being rendered incorrectly? Also, what file format are the MRI sequences in? Finally, what graphics card and driver are you using with your system?

Thanks,

Ayla

Dear,

First, thank you for this great tool. I have been using Seg3D since several years to segment cardiac MRI sequences.

Recently I downloaded and installed Seg3d2 (32bit) on my Windows XP computer. But whatever MRI sequence I open (from CIBC Dataset Archive or my own dataset) I get some kind of corrupted images (bad rendered images?). Please find attached a snapshot. Any ideas how can I solve this problem ?

p.s. as I mentioned on top, Seg3D (v1) works well on the same computer.

Kind Regards;
Milad
