[Seg3D] Limitations of ITK filter

Dear Seg3D team,

I've run into an issue with the ITK filter when processing large datasets (currently working with ~4GB dataset).  If I attempt to run any filtering, it gives me an error saying that the ITK filter failed to complete.  Do you know if the ITK filter has an inherent size limitation, or is this something that we could work around?  Currently, I have to crop out portions of my data to work with filtering, and it slows me down considerably.

I really appreciate all of the hard work you guys have put in to make this software available.  I look forward to seeing what comes next!
