Hi Kristen,

That is the assumed orientation of the subject.  For most scans, this is true, but the subject can be orientated differently.  Seg3D will try to orient the xyz based on the input data.  The Isosurface points will be the same coordinate space as the volume as shown by the axis slices.  The short answer is yes and yes.

From the XYZ outputs it looks like RAI orientation (x: Right to Left, y: Anterior to Posterior, z: Inferior to Superior). Also are the isosurfaces exported in the same orientation? Thanks!
