My first email got bounced back but I’ve emailed before with questions. Maybe something has changed. What MRI orientation does Seg3D use? From the XYZ outputs it looks like RAI orientation (x: Right to Left, y: Anterior to Posterior, z: Inferior to Superior). Also are the isosurfaces exported in the same orientation? Thanks!
