Hi Paul,

It’s possible, however our OBJ file importer was specifically written for reading OBJ files exported by ImageVis3D, and is limited with respect to the full OBJ spec. You may have to convert your triangle mesh files to something SCIRun can support better.

You can't directly convert a STL file (unstructured mesh) back to a NRRD file (regular grid), but it's possible to approximate the original segmentation by mapping the STL file back to a regular grid in our SCIRun software (http://www.scirun.org).
