Hi,

When I import a DICOM image series, the resulting volume is abnormally stretched in the z direction.  The images have isotropic 0.33x0.33x0.33mm spacing and the image set volume is equally sized on all sides.  I can resample the images to 1x1x1 and import them without any apparent distortion, but that resolution is a little too coarse for me. Is there a way to correct the distortion?  I really just need to convert the images to nrrd format for ShapeWorks.

Thanks,

Mike
