Hi Mike,

is the spacing reading correctly into Seg3D? you can check by clicking on the ‘i’ icon in the layer manager.

You can correct or change the spacing using the transform tool (in the tools menu).  You may need to uncheck the ‘keep aspect ratio’ option.

cheers,
Jess

Hi,

When I import a DICOM image series, the resulting volume is abnormally stretched in the z direction.  The images have isotropic 0.33x0.33x0.33mm spacing and the image set volume is equally sized on all sides.  I can resample the images to 1x1x1 and import them without any apparent distortion, but that resolution is a little too coarse for me. Is there a way to correct the distortion?  I really just need to convert the images to nrrd format for ShapeWorks.

Thanks,
Mike
