[shapeworks-dev-support] DT two versions??

Question I ran GenerateBinaryAndDTImagesFromMeshes and got this file:

1515969 Jun 2 13:23 example_surface_1_00.DT_sp0.1.nrrd

Then in SWStudio in the groom stage I did the Fast Marching DT and got this file:

418998 Jun 8 14:41 example_surface_1_00.rasterized_sp0.1_DT.nrrd

I was expecting them to be the same size given both were computing the distance transform. 

What would be the difference in the files??
