Hi,

There is a cmake flag, USE_OPENMP that will enable OpenMP parallelization for ShapeWorksGroom and ShapeWorksRun.

cmake -DUSE_OPENMP=ON ....

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to get Shapeworks to run in parallel?  I am running it on Centos 6.5 and Ubuntu and can build it from the source again if needed.  Is there a build flag or a way to build against a parallel linear algebra library.

Thanks,
Ryan Young
