Hi Brecca,

You should be able to use the tag <cutting_planes> and then paste the nine points for the plane of each shape on a separate line, instead of using the file.

Hope this helps!

Penny

Subject: [shapeworks-users] Cutting plane in command line

Hello,

What is the syntax for calling a cutting plane within the correspondence points optimization in ShapeWorks CLT? Currently I am calling <cutPlanes_file>cutting_plane.txt</cutPlanes_file> when using ShapeWorksRun.exe, but to no avail. I am able to successfully use this cutting_plane.txt file in Studio, but would like to implement in CLT with a larger input sample size.
