Hi Michael,

You are correct that the export is not the PCA loadings, despite the name in the software (we will change now that you point it out).  What is exported is actually the "raw component scores".  They will have variance equal to the eigenvalue for each PCA mode (column).  The rows will be the "raw component scores" for each sample/subject.
