We would like to cordially invite you to our remote ShapeWorks monthly users get-together on Thursday, May 28th at 11 am (see below for more info). Please feel free to forward this invitation to whomever you think is interested in shape modeling.
ShapeWorkers have been working on improving the scalability and usability of ShapeWorks tools. Thanks ShapeWorkers!
In this get-together, we will highlight the following major features that will be released this week.
- Upgraded, flexible ShapeWorks project file format that can easily handle multiple shape modeling scenarios
- Lower memory footprint and faster optimization: 85% less memory and 2X faster particles optimization
- Lower memory footprint for estimating correspondences on new shape samples
Please bring your shape modeling story (use case) to the table to discuss how to customize ShapeWorks for your own use case.
