Dear ShapeWorks Users and Development Team,

I mentioned during the last users meeting that I was working on a project with the scapula. To date, I have been using the command line tool GenerateFidsFilesFromMeshes to generate the distance transforms, but the files become prohibitively large with smaller voxel sizes, so I am very interested in working with the new surface-based implementation. I have received permission from my collaborators to share a few of our surfaces as a test case for the ShapeWorks pipeline, so if you are still interested please let me know.

I look forward to hearing from you. Best, Penny
