Could we please have a dead code killing? I have a feeling that there
are certain classes in manta that no one uses and no one will ever use
(or maintain). Could we get rid of them (they're still in source control
if we ever need to revive them in the future)? This would make compiling
faster, make maintenance easier, and make it less overwhelming for new
users to figure out what to use in manta. How about we start off by
everyone adding files to a list that they think are candidates for
removal and then have a second round where people remove files from the
list that they deem useful (ideally with an explanation). The two round
system would keep confusion down. Then once things settle down we go and
svn rm all the files left on the list.
If this sounds ok I can go ahead and create a page of death on our wiki
that we can use for this.
