Seems like the list of files to remove has stabilized (or people are all busy at siggraph and haven't gotten around to it). If you see something on the list that you agree or don't agree with, could you leave a comment indicating so (leave a comment by doing a ** bullet in the wiki)? I'll begin removing some of the files I think are obviously not needed anymore and marking that in the wiki. If I remove a file that you think was needed, just let me know and through the magic of svn it can be revived.
