Dear all,

I read at the SCIRun site about PowerApps but I could not find much
information about how they are actually built. I understand that each
PowerApp is derived from a existent SCIRun network. Besides that, is
there any tool to help develop a PowerApp or are they coded by hand,
using the SCIRun netlist as a starting point? Is there a methodology
for building PowerApps or is each one built in a ad-hoc manner? Any
help will be appreciated.
